Shipping Options and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping on one-time purchases.

  • A $6.95 shipping fee will be added on all recurring subscription orders.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within the same business day.

  • If you want to make changes to your recent order please reach out to us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, if it hasn't been shipped yet.

  • There are no additional processing delays during holidays or peak seasons.


Delivery Time

  • United States: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days.

  • International: Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days for most destinations.


Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

  • You can track your order directly on USPS or DHL's website using the tracking number provided.


Order Cutoff Time

All orders placed before 2 PM New York Time (GMT -5) will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Address Changes

Because we prepare and process orders immediately—often right after they are placed—we cannot guarantee that any changes (including shipping address updates, product modifications, or order cancellations) can be made once an order has been submitted. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately after purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
